No online payment required. Contact our Namibia-based team directly to arrange your dates, itinerary and personal quotation. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Additional refundable motorcycle deposit: N$13,500 per rider, separate from the tour price. Full tour payment is due at least 30 days before departure.
1. Tell us about your ride
Share your preferred tour, dates, experience and room preference by WhatsApp or our email enquiry form. One, two or three riders are welcome to ask about joining a larger group; no departure or place is guaranteed.
2. Receive a personal quotation
Our team discusses suitability, dates, group size, accommodation and the final price. Published prices are starting prices with the stated rider and seasonal conditions.
3. Confirm directly with our team
A submitted enquiry does not reserve a place. Ask for written confirmation of your dates, arrangements and applicable terms before making travel commitments.
Tour payment deadline
The full tour price must be paid at least 30 days before departure so the necessary tour arrangements and accommodation bookings can proceed. The motorcycle deposit is additional and is not part of the tour price. Whether an initial booking deposit is required, and its amount, are still to be confirmed.
Cancellation & refund terms
The detailed cancellation and refund policy requires owner approval. Request the applicable written terms before confirming a booking; this website does not promise refund amounts or deadlines.
Motorcycle damage deposit
Each rider pays an additional N$13,500 refundable motorcycle insurance/damage deposit, separate from the tour price. Refundability depends on the motorcycle’s condition and the final damage-deposit terms. Payment timing and exact return conditions are still to be confirmed.
Your responsibilities
Guests arrange their own travel documents and suitable travel, medical and evacuation insurance. Check motorcycle activity coverage and exclusions with your insurer.
Before you ride.
Provisional minimum riding age: 18, subject to final operator and insurance approval. You need a valid motorcycle driving licence appropriate for the CFMOTO 450MT’s engine capacity. International driving documentation and insurance eligibility must be checked before a tour is confirmed.
The four-day tour offers a gentler introduction to touring, but is not a learn-to-ride course. Intermediate and longer tours require confidence on loose gravel. Tell us about your experience so we can assess suitability together.
Bring or arrange an appropriate helmet, protective jacket and trousers, gloves and motorcycle boots. Check that your own travel insurance covers the planned motorcycle activities, medical treatment and evacuation. No insurance coverage or access permission is guaranteed by this website.
