A little preparation makes room for a better adventure.
Getting here & settling in
Our tours start and finish in Windhoek. Check flights to Hosea Kutako International Airport with your airline and the Namibia Airports Company. Allow time to rest before riding and a comfortable buffer before your onward flight. Extra nights and airport transfers are not included; ask us about arrangements and costs.
Travel documents & visas
Entry requirements depend on your nationality and circumstances. Check the Namibian immigration department and official e-services portal before booking and again before travel. Verify passport validity, visa eligibility and supporting documents with the authorities. Do not assume visa-free entry based on past visits.
Before you ride.
Provisional minimum riding age: 18, subject to final operator and insurance approval. You need a valid motorcycle driving licence appropriate for the CFMOTO 450MT’s engine capacity. International driving documentation and insurance eligibility must be checked before a tour is confirmed.
The four-day tour offers a gentler introduction to touring, but is not a learn-to-ride course. Intermediate and longer tours require confidence on loose gravel. Tell us about your experience so we can assess suitability together.
Bring or arrange an appropriate helmet, protective jacket and trousers, gloves and motorcycle boots. Check that your own travel insurance covers the planned motorcycle activities, medical treatment and evacuation. No insurance coverage or access permission is guaranteed by this website.
Pack for changing conditions
Bring layers for cool mornings and coastal air, riding protection, rain protection, sun protection, reusable water bottles, personal essentials and copies of your travel documents. Ask our team about luggage limits and seasonal packing before travelling.
Weather, seasons & gravel
Namibia’s inland and coastal conditions differ. Heat, cold mornings, dust, loose gravel and changing road surfaces all affect riding. Ask about conditions for your proposed travel month and check the Namibia Meteorological Service before departure. Ride within your ability, allow space in dust and follow the guide’s instructions. Routes may change with access or conditions.
Currency & your personal quotation
Our confirmed starting tour prices are in Namibian dollars (NAD), per rider, including the CFMOTO 450MT. EUR and USD displays are approximate fixed conversions, not live rates. The final NAD package quotation confirms the tour-specific inclusions and payable amount. There is no online checkout.
No online payment required. Contact our Namibia-based team directly to arrange your dates, itinerary and personal quotation. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Additional refundable motorcycle deposit: N$13,500 per rider, separate from the tour price. Full tour payment is due at least 30 days before departure.
